Finance and Admin Manager

This is a key role and part of the management team. Candidates should have experience in management, finance, and leadership. Be highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of financial, administration, HR, and/or operational planning for the company.
  • Liaise with outsourced bookkeeper for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and prepare analysis and presentation to the Management/ board of directors for decision making.
  • Support the management to plan, develop, execute financial strategy to ensure that it is in line with company’s overall strategy.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
  • Manage Office Administration, budgeting and cash flow projection.
  • Prepare Annual Budget and Monthly Forecast, including cash flow planning, department expenses, cash flow projection, capital expenditure, etc and monitoring of actual results for corrective action to be taken to achieve company’s target.
  • Develop, implement and review internal control, financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare invoices and receipts as and when required.
  • Prepare monthly staff payroll.
  • Prepare statutory returns of employees such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and company annual statutory returns including taxation forms.
  • Process fortnightly sales commission payment to Financial Consultant, and withholding tax payments.
  • Liaise with Auditor, Tax agent, Company Secretary, Banks and Regulators on all statutory requirements.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance / Accounting or professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/ CIMA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years with 2 to 3 years at managerial / supervisor level
  • Knowledge of SQL Accounting System would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Able to speak and write in Chinese is a strong advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mont’ Kiara.
  • Computer literate & well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Quick Learner and able to adapt to changing environment.
  • Experience in SME / Insurance / Investment / Banking industry is a valuable advantage.
