Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day back-office operations (Data Entry, Communication)
  • General administrative and coordination work
  • Answering phone calls and general enquiries
  • Business transaction documentation and business processing (Scan, Copy, Upload, Courier)
  • Ensure and maintain a proper filing system in the department
  • Provide administrative support
  • Assist in developing SOP
  • Handling enquiries and requests from Clients / Financial Consultants / Business Partners


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mont’ Kiara.
  • Computer literate & well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, well-organized, meticulous, results-oriented, and a good team player.
  • Quick Learner and able to adapt to changing environment.
  • Experience in Insurance / Investment / Banking industry is an added advantage.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
