Zara holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Art (Hons) in Business Administration. She has extensive working experience in customer service, sale and marketing, training as well as office administration in the hospitality, automotive, and property management industry.

In FA Advisory, Zara is responsible for managing all business operations by ensuring the entire back-end operational activities of each business class are running smoothly and guiding work teams for all assigned tasks/projects. Her duties include hiring and training operations staff and managing quality assurance programs. She is also, accountable to strategizes process improvements & policy implementations to ensure all tasks are accomplished as scheduled.
